Fetcham Park is proud to host the launch event for the Mole Valley Community Fund (MVCF) on 21 May, bringing together local businesses, community leaders and supporters who are passionate about making a lasting difference across Mole Valley.

As a venue rooted in the heart of the local community, Fetcham Park is delighted to support an initiative focused on strengthening connections, encouraging local giving and creating sustainable funding for projects that directly benefit residents throughout the district.

The Mole Valley Community Fund was established to support charities, voluntary organisations and community groups tackling local challenges including poverty, inequality, social isolation and wellbeing. Managed in partnership with the Community Foundation for Surrey, the fund helps channel support into projects that create meaningful impact where it is needed most.

Since launching, the fund has already supported a range of local initiatives helping older residents, families in need and individuals developing new skills, while also encouraging businesses to play an active role in supporting the wider community.

The launch event at Fetcham Park will provide an opportunity for guests to learn more about the ambitions of the fund, hear from local leaders and explore how businesses and individuals can contribute to building a stronger and more connected Mole Valley.

Speaking about the vision behind the initiative, MVCF Chair Alan Horden said the ambition is to provide sustainable funding for community projects and voluntary groups by bringing together donors and stakeholders who care deeply about the local area.
