In response to the COVID-19 health crisis, our focus continues to be helping our clients run their businesses in a safe environment.
At this time, the health and wellbeing of our clients, their visitors, and our staff is paramount, and we have put a number of measures in place to ensure that returning to Fetcham Park is as safe as possible for all concerned.
A safer working environment
We have undertaken a Risk Assessment in line with the COVID-19 Secure guidelines issued by HM Government and, as a result have put a number of measures in place. You can find out more here.
We have applied the following temporary guidelines and procedures to the property which we ask you to respectfully follow:
Visitors to the House are by prior appointment. Your host will have informed the reception team of your arrival in advance to assist us with managing the flow of people.
The gates are now open from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. Access outside of these hours is by use of fob or by prior appointment.
Access is by the main front door only. Please follow the visual instructions, i.e. sanitise your hands, press the door bell and stand behind the marker line, then wait for a team member to come and open the door.
All visitors are to report to the front desk on arrival. Our receptionist will digitally record your name and who is your host; please remember social distancing must be observed at all times.
Guest arrival will be advised to the host who will come to greet you; regrettably we are unable to offer visitors any refreshments at this time other than bottled water. Whilst in the building, visitors must follow the rules of the House, in particular, good hand hygiene and social distancing.

Please note parcels will not be signed for but a name will be given to confirm receipt. Parcels are to be left in the front lobby area of Fetcham Park House and clients will be notified of deliveries by telephone or email.
To find Fetcham Park DO NOT be guided by your Sat Nav to KT22 9HD – use the sat nav code KT22 9ES, turn off Lower Road into Badingham Drive and the House entrance is immediately on your right.
At this current time, we are unable to host the larger gatherings and celebrations at the House (as described) in response to the new Government guidelines relating to COVID-19. To enquire about availability later in 2020 and 2021, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your event with the management.
